Hi! I'm John,
Thank you for visiting my site. I have spent my life building relationships in the bowling, real estate industry and in recent years the world of art. Hooked on the game of bowling at the age of 12, I pursued a 5 year career on the Professional Bowlers Tour from 1977-1981. Winning one regional title in Detroit Michigan. The Budweiser Open in 1982. With a handful of 300 games and 800 series, a hall of fame appointment to the bowling program with the Cleveland Athletic Club Bowling Program and still active today as a league and over 60 senior bowler. A Realtor from 1981 to 1987 leaving the industry for the title insurance business and a 30 plus year career. Spending time with some of the finest people who have helped make "The American Dream" a reality. Traveling across the country meeting title professionals from the legal field and beyond.
Committed to servicing their needs as independent agents and assisting them in their growth, marketing and training of their sales professionals. Since 1987, doing more than 25,000 sales calls and presentations. In the meantime, spending time with great sales people, entrepreneurs and educated professionals in the real property business. Also, enjoying volunteer work for land title associations in the mid west and nationally. inspiration has been a foundation of how i have stayed motivated, meeting people, selling and developing into the person I have become today. In 2002 Deanna, my youngest child and I started drawing. For me, following a company change in the title industry, art became a life saver and new perspective that captured me quite similar to bowling when I was 12 and first went bowling. Photography. painting, writing and drawing have given me a better view on life and my surroundings. I believe we are all artists. My initial art was bowling, then selling (relationship building) and now painting and writing. With the emergence of the Millennials in the work place, there now exists an aging population of professionals confronted and conflicted with how to bring this unique, smart, change-agent generation into the industry. Fascinated with the generation, their desire to live a value added life and learn about where they fit into society. They have changed many industries. And they will continue to change us. As in raising children, it is not a matter of the children growing up, the adults need to grow up, because their children will. it just may not be the growth they expected. Technology, information overload, sleeping with their phones since their teens and available 24-7. Who are these people? I'm captivated by their zest for life. Dedication to their ideas and knowing the difference between working and living. Driven by the life of his nephew, Richie he has compiled “Today’s Heroes, Surviving with Style,” his first book in 2011. In 2013 he released a self published cookbook, "Italian Recipes from My Friends." Both books written to benefit the Richie White pediatric Family Fund, at the Cleveland Clinic. in 2018, "Ethnic Recipes from My Friends" will be released benefiting 8 non-profits from Richie's Fund to veteran, arts and other medically related groups. All are important to the Voso family, supported and promoted. See my Charity Page for information and how to become involved and contribute. Serving on two non-profit boards, Dancing Wheels and Cleveland Arts Prize. Married for 36 years, to Debbie, with three children and three grandchildren. John has a dedication to travel, food, wine, music, the emerging and seasoned sales person and living life as full as possible. |
